A clear route from zero to independent QA work

Build skills in the order real product work demands.

Start with evidence and test design, learn delivery across web, API and data, then choose a technical specialization. Each stage ends with work you can explain and defend.

  1. Start → Trainee

    Learn to test deliberately

Manual QA modules 1–8: quality, requirements, test design, checklists, test cases and useful defect reports.

    You finish with

A reviewed checklist, test cases and a reproducible bug report.

  2. Trainee → Junior

    Follow a feature to release

Manual QA modules 9–21 and Development Team modules 1–8: web, API, SQL, tools, refinement, CI, triage and release decisions.

    You finish with

A web, API and data investigation plus a reasoned sprint or release decision.

  3. Junior → Middle

Choose depth and prove independent judgment

Build automation with AI-assisted engineering, investigate performance, or grow into team and quality leadership.

    You finish with

A reproducible capstone with artifacts, trade-offs and a residual-risk decision.

Role labels are learning landmarks, not a job or certification guarantee.
